State Band
The MSBOA
All State Band is comprised of the best young musicians
from around the state of Michigan. The band is formed through an
application and competitive audition process. Once the Michigan All State
Band is put together, their only commitment is rehearsing and performing
at
the Michigan Music Conference in January. The MMC in Grand Rapids is
attended by band directors from around the state. The students come from
all around to rehearse the music and then play in a very nice concert
hall as
the final performance of the conference. If you think that you are
interested
in applying to be apart of the All State Band, please contact Mr. Reimann
by
the middle of September.
