Jackie Timm holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from James Madison College, within Michigan State University.  She then received a teaching degree, also from Michigan State University.  Ms. Timm started her teaching career in Flat Rock Community Schools teaching American History.  She received a Master’s degree from Wayne State University in Library and Information Sciences.  She was hired by Grosse Ile Township Schools in January of 2000.  Ms. Timm worked as media specialist of Parke Lane Elementary and Meridian Elementary for eight years.  In 2008, Ms. Timm moved to Grosse Ile Middle School where she currently works as media specialist.
