Mr. Joseph Reimann

Middle School Instrumental Music

Mr. Joseph Reimann has been teaching in the Grosse Ile School District since the fall of 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree with minors in Instrumental Music and History from Central Michigan University. His major instrument is percussion which he studied under the direction of Dr. Andrew Spencer.

Mr. Reimann is also pursuing a Master of Arts degree from Central Michigan University in School Counseling. He is set to graduate in the fall of 2010. Through the Grosse Ile Township Schools, Mr. Reimann has experience teaching the 6th through 8th grade concert bands as well as the beginning bands at the elementary level. 

In addition to his middle and elementary duties, he is also the Assistant Director of Bands at Grosse Ile High School. The majority of these duties revolve around working with the Red Devil Marching Band in the fall. He has been a part of concert bands for over 15 years. Building the middle school band program through teamwork, rehearsal discipline and enthusiasm, he looks forward to another exciting year in the Grosse Ile Music Program.
