  Health Occupations 1

This course explores health careers, the core foundation of the health field including HIPAA and confidentiality, anatomy of the human body, medical terminology and job shadowing. A co-curricular leadership organization, Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) is part of the course with competitions in the, region, state and national levels.

Health Occupations 2

This course is a work -based learning in a health facility after completing Health Occupations 1. Attendance is critical with the ability to work independently in the health field perfoming skills learned in Health Ooccupations 1.
