BFA  Wayne State University, Teaching Certification Eastern Michigan UniversityMAed Marygrove College I have been teaching art at Grosse Ile High School since 1998 and I am an avid landscape painter and potter, exhibiting my work at galleries and group shows in and around Detroit.   In the last year you may have seen my work at The Lawrence Street Gallery in Ferndale, Café 1923 in Hamtramck, The People’s Art Festival, The College for Creative Studies, Dally in the Alley and at ArtDetroitNow.  Look for my work in September 09 at the Cass Café on the Wayne State Campus.  Some of my favorite subjects outside of painting and pottery are music, reading and exploring. Visit these websites to see what a variety of local Detroit artists are up to.
