If your child needs to take medication during school hours, an "authorization to dispense" form must be completed by the parent. The completed form and the medication should be brought to the office by the parent. Do not send medications to school with your child. Medications need to be clearly marked in the original container or prescription bottle.
Students who choose to walk or ride a bike to or from school need to have a current permission slip on file in the office. Students will be expected to ride the bus if a permission slip has not been submitted.
Notify the school if you have a change of address. The change of address form along with 2 proofs of residency need to be submitted to Student Services, Administration Building. Bus stops will be updated after the paperwork has been received.
Lunch account and attendance information can be accessed through this link. A PIN and password will be forwarded to you via email. You can log on anytime for an up to date accounting of your child's information.
Permanent Bus Change Request Form
Permanent bus stop changes can be requested through the Transportation link on this website. Use this form if you require a permanent change for your child for the school year. Completed forms should be submitted to the school office for approval.
Internet Acceptable Use Policy
Before students are allowed to access the school's network, students and parents must first sign the internet policy use form. This gives students and parents the guidelines of what is expected of students when accessing the world wide web.
