Principal's Message

Let me take this opportunity to sincerely Thank three very important organizations. First the membership of the P.A.T., they have been very generous with their time and financial gifts to Meridian. They provided us with Educational Programs and the money to purchase additional Smart Boards for the rest of our classrooms. Not to mention their funding of our World Language Program. Many thanks to the P.A.T. for all you do!

Also a big THANK YOU to the many G.I.V.E. volunteers for all of the "giving" they do throughout the year.  Many of the programs here at Meridian would be impossible without the help of our wonderful volunteers. Please know that your help NEVER goes unnoticed and EVERYONE at Meridian appreciates all that these two organizations do for us.

The Grosse Ile Education Foundation has also been instrumental in the funding of programs for Meridian. Because of their generosity we have been able to continue our class trips to Lansing, Exchange City, and the School Ship. This year they also  provided a Grant to Mrs. Barringer which allowed her class to design and plant a garden outside of their classroom. Our most sincere thanks to G.I.E.F.!
