Red Devil Registration Day (RDRD)

Welcome to Grosse Ile High School for the 2023-2024 school year!
The school year begins with Red Devil Registration Day on Thursday, August 31, 2023, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Before August 31st you must update and complete the required forms on Parent Connect (back-to-school updates).
All students should report to the high school using the gym/auditorium entrance and arrive during their assigned hour based on the following schedule:
- Seniors 8:00-9:00 am
- Juniors 9:00-10:00 am
- Sophomores 10:00-11:00 am
- Freshmen 11:00 am-noon
Attending RDRD is important since your student will be taking care of and receiving the following:
- Student ID/yearbook picture
- Class schedule & locker assignment
- Textbooks for semester one
- Chromebook and power cord
- Parking permit - need application, driver’s license, insurance, registration, and $50 (cash, check made out to GIHS, or RevTrak)
- Seniors Only: Studio One pictures for student ID/senior headshot for the yearbook/composite
- Jostens senior graduation and sophomore ring information
If your student is not able to attend RDRD, the above items will be available from 7:00 am until 8:30 am in the library on the first day of classes.
