Good morning. Today is Friday, April 12th, 2024

Attention Student Drivers: Please remember, when you encounter a bus displaying its red lights, it is crucial to come to a complete stop. This indicates that students are crossing the road, and it's essential to prioritize their safety. It cannot be stressed enough: under no circumstances should you attempt to pass a school bus while its red lights are flashing. Let's keep our roads safe for everyone.

There will be a Lunch and Learn with our very own Grosse Ile Township Schools’ Superintendent Mrs. Val Orr today. Bring your lunch and learn more about school district management. Everyone who attends will be entered into a raffle to win a lunch at Grotto.

Seniors: Henry Ford College is hosting a FREE three-week summer part-time program. Please check the bulletin board outside Counseling for more information.

Grosse Ile High School Student Council applications are now open through April 24. We are looking for dedicated leaders to represent the interests of the student body. Check your email for a message from Mrs. Metzger with more information.

Tickets for prom are on sale during both lunches and the price will increase to $65 on MONDAY. If you are unable to purchase a ticket for lunch, see Mrs. Seguin BEFORE or AFTER school. Payment can be cash, check, or via RevTrak. Guest passes are available in the main office and due no later than Friday, May 3.

Congratulations to the JV and varsity baseball teams on their wins against St. Mary’s on Tuesday and shout out to the JV soccer team on their win against Huron and Monica Arndt’s goal with no time remaining to give the varsity soccer team a tie against Huron on Wednesday. Way to go Red Devils!

This concludes announcements. Have a wonderful day.
