Grosse Ile High School is excited to announce the launch of the Red Devil Alumni Network, a new initiative designed to reconnect graduates, celebrate alumni accomplishments, and strengthen the bond between past, present, and future Red Devils.
This new program is being launched during the 2026-2027 school year and is proudly student-led by Student Council Vice President Evelyn Hickey. Working closely with Student Council Advisor Kelly Chessor, Evelyn is helping build a network that reconnects our alumni with the school community and creates meaningful opportunities for current students to learn from those who came before them.
Grosse Ile is a unique place. As an island community, we share a special connection that extends far beyond graduation. Our tight-knit community has produced generations of Red Devils who have gone on to make a difference in their professions, communities, and families. The Red Devil Alumni Network aims to celebrate those accomplishments while creating stronger connections between alumni and current students.
Through this network, alumni will have the opportunity to:

Receive alumni newsletters and updates
Share personal and professional accomplishments
Connect with fellow GIHS graduates
Support and inspire current Red Devils
Participate in future alumni events and mentoring opportunities
