The application window opens: April 15, 2024 - April 29, 2024.

Limited School of Choice Section 105 - Wayne County Only

We will only accept applications during this time.  It is your responsibility to get the "District Verification of Prior Discipline" printed and completed by the current school. This form must be turned in by April 29th.

The Schools of Choice Application will be digital by filling out a Google Form. See below to open the application. 

All Applications and District Verification of Prior Discipline History must be received by April 29, 2024 before 4:00 PM.

District Verification of Prior Discipline must be completed by anyone enrolling in grades 1st-9th. This must be completed by the prior school and they must send it to us directly before the close of the School of Choice window. Please use the link below to get the form.
